Switchboard, Twilio's first ever digital employee workplace, is both the knowledge-base to key company-wide information, and the heartbeat of culture to drive connection, engagement, and productivity. The collective experience enhances workplace efficiency by centralizing all internal communications and creates a personalized source of truth for each employee throughout the business. I was responsible for launching the platform, owning the technical roadmap, providing CMS support to 280+ stakeholders, and ensuring the integrity of design, consistency, and an easy-to-use employee journey inclusive of ~90+ unique sites and thousands of content both stories and learning articles.
